That being said, Wix has many advantages and it still not worth considering, and it is the cheaper options if you do not need the abundance of features you would get if you choose Shopify. In addition, Wix is more limited when it comes to customization which we will cover below, but again, its down to what you need. If you want to expand your business to sell across the world, you will likely need a more powerful platform than both. However, for serious ecommerce operations, we did conclude that you should consider Shopify.
