What is Advanced Document Processing?

Advanced Document Processing is a form of Artificial Intelligence. This means it is the ability of a computer to learn from previous experiences and then respond to them. For example, through AI, a computer or machine can understand and respond to things like written prompts, math problems, and even images.

Three types of AI include machine learning, deep learning, and expert systems. Machine learning allows machines to learn from data and experiences, while deep learning deals with more complex data. Expert systems make human-level decisions. There are four categories of AI applications, each with its own specific uses. The four categories include; generative AI, predictive analysis, natural language processing, and computer vision.

The use of AI is growing fast, and it is estimated that by 2023, AI will add $200 trillion to global economic output. Because of this growth businesses are quickly adapting AI into their plans to do things like automating processes through robotics. Other functions of AI that businesses are adapting include service operations optimization.

Businesses are adopting AI into their models because of the clear and measurable benefits. Some benefits include greater speed, improved monitoring, and many more. Further, AI can successfully be incorporated into businesses.
Some examples of advanced document processing include Lazarus AI and RikAI. Both interpret data and extract it, providing benefits to businesses.
